Trepanation Simulator is a short survival idle clicker inspired by the classic flash-based web games of the 2000s, where the player must rack up as many points as possible while managing and maintaining an ever-depleting power source!

Keep the drill powered, and DO NOT let the energy hit zero! Activate the drill to earn points, the longer it is activated the more points you will rack up. But be careful, activation of the drill will deplete energy even faster so be cautious! Watch out for the health status of your energy source, over a period of time it will begin to degrade and increase the tick speed of the natural energy depletion. Spend your points in the shop to unlock resources, upgrades, and multipliers to quench your endless thirst for points!
